*Per person, 12 installments for a standard term of August 12, 2027 to July 14, 2028. Includes in-unit laundry, internet, trash disposal and community amenities. Immediate Move-In*Per person, per installment for a fixed term beginning on the selected start date and end date. Move-in date will generally be set to the 1st or 15th of the month, or the next business day if the 1st or 15th is a weekend or holiday. Whole number of installments required as specified in the Housing Agreement (e.g., 7 installments for a start date in January 2025); reduced first installment for immediate move-in on the 15th of a month. Includes in-unit laundry, internet, trash disposal and community amenities. Annual $150 administrative fee and $30 application fee required. New applicants only; limit one resident per bedroom. Housing Agreement must be fully signed while this limited-time promotion is in effect. Approved guarantor or partial prepaid rent required.
